Got married recently. Quite a ride...quite an experience or should i say carnival...week long festivities at my mother's place ..followed by different set of rituals at my in laws place..tiring sleepless days followed by a well deserved long honeymoon..then back to adjusting in a new environment, new people..life changes.
So we come to the newly weds anthem "Life changes after marriage". I have a million people agreeing with me with a zillion instances to quote..all of them obviously being my female friends and their friends, their relatives and then their friends..!! (yeah girls gossip - they just need to know what happened irrespective of to whom it happened..haha).
There is no perfect way to deal with new situations or inculcate the tact to be perfect with new people around..It is tough to analyse events happening around you in an analytical manner, as if trying to understand human behaviour. But sometimes it helps to try and implement this simply by shutting up, talking less, listening more and trying to fathom the reasons why people think, act, behave so differently. It helps to practice self restraint, be unbiased and accept people as they are and retain your individuality. And leave the gossip for the girls (leave your husband out of it!)...
